Article presents the findings of a study to examine the nature of residential aluminum building products in the U.S. and Canada. The aim of the project was to develop diagrams depicting the flows of residential aluminum building products in the North American markets, identify each tier of the residential aluminum building products supply chain and characterize the value-adding activities that occur within each, and report the extent to which recycled materials are used within each tier of the residental aluminum building products supply chain.
